Akash Kumar Singh, a 2021 Mining Engineering graduate from Acharya Institute of Technology, has been appointed as Assistant Commandant in the Indian Coast Guard (Ministry of Defence). This remarkable achievement reflects his dedication and perseverance.

Acharya's NR Institute of Physiotherapy (ANRIPT) has partnered with the Padukone-Dravid Center for Sports Excellence (PD CSE) to offer students hands-on training in sports physiotherapy. This collaboration provides clinical experience and internships at PD CSE’s renowned facility, helping students develop essential skills in injury management and sports performance.

Acharya, under the National Service Scheme and in association with Yuvaka Sangha, a Bengaluru-based non-profit organization, successfully drove the Haritvam Water Positive Initiative to restore Bengaluru’s traditional water harvesting systems.
